Born and raised in London, Marie has always had a deep love for entertainment and the arts. She decided to pursue a career in 2017 when she and her daughter both enrolled into Identity School of Acting. Since then Marie has continuously studied acting for film and theatre. Deeply exploring techniques such as Method, Meisner, Stella Adler.
“Cursive” short film featuring Marie was hand selected for 2024 British Film Institute Flare festival. Most recently, Marie worked in her first feature film “A different Shade of Emma’.
Marie adores stepping out of her comfort zone and into a challenge. She wrote her first drama short film in 2018, inspired by her experience at acting school. With a passion for story telling and creating complex characters, she’s currently writing a TV pilot for a sci-fi series named Mirror Moments. Marie aligned herself with industry heavyweights and commissioned with Script Compass for mentorship and guidance.
